Traci Darden

Traci Darden is the owner and lead designer of Elements of Design. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from FIDER-accredited Texas State University. She began her career in design in Austin, Texas, where she implemented design center solutions for multiple custom home builders. She met and married her husband and moved to North Texas in 1995 where she opened Elements of Design.

When asked what drives her design style, Traci will tell you listening to the client and developing a plan that is livable and timeless. Her designs are touted as “thoughtful”, as she puts her eyes to a project and comes at it from all angles, truly thinking of it from a lived in perspective. Her advice is sought after on multiple boards within her industry.

She currently resides in Keller, Texas with her husband, Cory, where they enjoy catching up with their two kids The oldest is currently studying psychology in Italy and their youngest is playing soccer at Lubbock Christian while studying Business Management. Outside of work, Traci enjoys traveling, cooking and gardening.
